The Role

n

Join Lion as a Senior SAP Developer and help build, enhance and support day to day operation of applications across one of Australia's largest and most modern SAP environments.

n

This role offers the opportunity to work across both new development and operational excellence - delivering innovative solutions while helping ensure the stability and performance of our SAP landscape.

n

Develop recent SAP applications, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that support Lion's business strategy

n

Build solutions across SAP S/4HANA, ABAP and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), aligned to Clean Core principles

n

Solve complex technical issues and contribute to the stability and performance of our production environment

n

Partner with cross-functional squads to deliver projects and continuous improvement through agile and DevOps ways of working

n

Explore new technologies and identify better ways to design, build and support SAP solutions

n

Coach developers and delivery partners,



sharing knowledge and helping lift SAP development capability across the team

About You

n

You're an experienced SAP Developer who enjoys both building new solutions and understanding how they perform in a live production environment. You're curious, collaborative and motivated by delivering technology that works well for the business over the long term.

n

The role needs someone who is equally motivated by innovation and operational excellence - building new applications and exploring modern SAP technologies, while also taking ownership of BAU support, troubleshooting and platform stability.

n

Bring expert ABAP development capability and strong hands‐on experience with SAP S/4HANA

n

n
- Enjoy both creating new solutions and fixing and improving what's already there
n

n

Demonstrate experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and building enterprise integrations

n

Bring experience across both application development and production support, with the ability to build solutions independently and troubleshoot complex issues

n

Apply solid technical judgement and a commitment to quality,



operational stability and continuous improvement

n

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders

n

Share knowledge generously and support the development of peers and delivery partners

n

Experience within an end‐user environment and exposure to a broad SAP technology landscape will be highly regarded. You don't need to have worked across every technology in our stack - curiosity and a willingness to continue learning is important

n

You must be based in Sydney and already hold the relevant right to work in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
