Full-time position - Ocean Shores (3 days) & Mullumbimby (2 days)

About the Role

- Support participants into sustainable meaningful employment
- Promote participants to employers and meet job placement targets
- Build employer and community networks
- Deliver tailored, person-centred, strength-based support
- Assist with resumes, applications, and interview preparations
- Maintain accurate records and program compliance.

About You

- Cert III in Employment, Community, or Disability Services (or willing to obtain)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with positive time management
- Target-driven and adaptable
- Excellent administration skills
- Current driver’s licence and local travel required.
