Komatsu in Mackay is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. You will drive safety, team performance, productivity, quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with your team, you will optimise WIP, manage workloads and uphold 5S standards, with a roster of 5 days on, 2 days off in Mackay. Proven leadership and hands-on technical knowledge of Komatsu equipment are essential to succeed in this fast-paced setting.
