You’ll step into a well-established and highly respected business, with the autonomy to lead, influence key decisions, strengthen performance and help shape the future direction of the company.

Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll lead an exceptional team and play a pivotal role in driving the next stage of growth.

You’ll also work in close partnership with our Administration/HR Manager, Business Development Manager, Commercial Manager, Domestic Manager and Preconstruction Manager, creating a strong leadership team that keeps every area of the business aligned, accountable and working towards shared business targets.

Today we proudly service commercial, domestic and pre-construction clients across Southeast Queensland with a team of more than 30 dedicated professionals who genuinely care about quality workmanship and customer service.

About the Role

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain the status quo. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Commercial,



Domestic and Pre-Construction divisions while continually looking for ways to improve efficiency, strengthen culture, develop people and identify opportunities for future growth.

You’ll Be Responsible For

- Leading and mentoring our leadership team and Areas Managers
- Driving operational performance across Southeast Queensland
- Building and maintaining a positive, values-driven team culture
- Improving systems, workflows and operational efficiencies
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, growth and new service offerings
- Monitoring budgets, profitability and operational performance
- Ensuring safety, quality and compliance standards are consistently achieved
- Working collaboratively with the Administration/HR Manager to ensure seamless business operations
- Supporting the Managing Director in delivering the company's strategic vision

About You

You'll likely have worked in operations, field services, construction, trades or another service-based industry where you've successfully led leaders, managed multiple teams and driven operational performance.

You'll also bring:

- Proven experience leading managers and high-performing operational teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience managing budgets and improving business performance




- A genuine positive and proactive mindset regarding culture-building: someone who leads through relationships, not hierarchy
- A natural ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence and drive to identify and build new opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A calm, practical, proactive solutions-focused approach

- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
- The ability to take ownership, make decisions and lead the business alongside the Administration/HR Manager, without relying on day-to-day direction from the Managing Director
