We're looking for a talented Content Creator & Social Media specialist to create compelling, social-first content across two exciting Australian jewellery brands from Reels, TikToks and daily social content through to polished brand campaigns, editorial shoots, launches and events.

Moi Moi Fine Jewellery is an established Australian fine jewellery brand with over 20 years in the industry, beautiful Sydney and Melbourne CBD stores and a loyal customer base.

LAVANA Jewellery is our exciting newer ecommerce fashion and demi-fine jewellery brand, giving you the opportunity to play a meaningful role in helping build and grow a young brand.

It's a rare combination: the experience and resources of an established brand with the energy and opportunity of building something new.

You'll work closely with our Growth & Digital Marketing Executive, founders and a small, highly motivated marketing team, taking creative direction and turning it into content that looks beautiful, feels relevant and gets results.

The Role

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who genuinely loves making content and has the creativity, style and visual eye to bring our brands to life.

This is more than a social media coordination role. You'll be the primary hands-on content creator across both brands and various touchpoints, trusted to take a brief, develop the creative execution and make it happen. You'll also need to be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when the content calls for it.

Content will range from fast, authentic, phone-native social content through to more polished, elevated content using professional camera and lighting equipment.

You'll also help bring larger campaign and editorial shoots to life, working with external photographers, videographers, editors and other creative specialists. Support may also be available across editing, copywriting and publishing, depending on the project and workload.

We're looking for someone who can take a brief and run with it to the end, bringing fresh ideas, strong creative instincts and a genuinely stylish eye, while understanding what will make people stop, watch and engage.

What will they watch, save, share or engage?
How can I make this idea feel unmistakably like our brand?
How can I make the next piece of content even better?

And then you'll make it happen.

LAVANA Jewellery is stylish, modern, trend-aware and platform-native.

You'll need the creative judgement to understand both brands and enjoy switching between them.

What You'll Do

- Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, stills, flat-lays and product content
- Create strong hooks, captions, storytelling and social copy
- Develop content ideas within our creative direction and content pillars
- Create static and carousel assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Manage daily Stories and capture reactive, behind-the-scenes and in-store content
- Stay across trends, emerging formats, audio and platform opportunities - and translate them in a way that feels right for each brand
- Batch-create content and build strong content banks ahead of time
- Coordinate larger campaign and editorial shoots from planning through to final asset delivery
- Work with photographers, videographers, editors, models, creators, hair and makeup, stylists and other creative specialists
- Prepare shot lists, samples and production requirements and help keep shoot days running to plan
- Capture social-first and behind-the-scenes content alongside larger campaign productions
- Support launches, events, activations and live selling
- Create, manage and distribute supporting content for website, email, paid media and in-store use
- Engage with our communities through comments and DMs
- Review how your content performs and bring ideas and learnings into future content
- Keep our content and asset libraries beautifully organised and easy for the wider team to use

Who We're Looking For

You understand that great content has a job to do.

It should build the brand, grow the audience, create demand and ultimately contribute to business growth.

You're a maker at heart. You don't just have ideas, you can pick up a phone or camera, shoot them, edit them and turn them into polished, publish-ready content.

You have strong visual taste, understand social instinctively and know the difference between content that's simply beautiful and content that actually makes people stop and pay attention.

You’ll ideally bring:

- 2 - 3 years' experience in a hands-on content, social or creative production role




- A strong portfolio of social-first content, particularly short-form video
- Confidence shooting and editing publish-ready Reels and TikToks end-to-end
- An excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Strong visual judgement and a genuine eye for brand and aesthetics
- Strong social copywriting, hooks and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and editing tools such as CapCut
- Experience coordinating photoshoots, including shot lists, samples, suppliers and shoot-day logistics
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and productions
- The confidence to take a transparent brief and run with it
- Curiosity, resourcefulness and the confidence to bring forward new ideas
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle or retail will be highly regarded.
- Experience coordinating larger studio or editorial shoots including models and talent, hair and makeup, styling, photographers and post-production, would be a strong advantage.
