Casual Face to Face trainers required in Tamworth, Armidale and the New England Region.

VERTO are seeking qualified Vocational Trainers and Assessors with experience in training and assessment to deliver face to face training in the New England Region for the following qualifications:

- CHC32015 Certificate III in Community Services
- CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
- CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services
- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support
- CHC52025 Diploma of Community Services

About the roles….

These roles will require you to be:

- Able to train, assess and support students in a face to face environment
- Delivering and assessing training programs in accordance with training package requirements
- Engaging and encouraging students in the classroom
- Sharing your knowledge and skills in your area of expertise
- Adopting innovative learning strategies to enable students to achieve the relevant qualification

To be successful in these roles you will possess:

- A TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate lV in Training and Assessment qualification
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Current industry experience (obtained in Australia)
- Evidence of maintaining professional development in the VET sector
- Strong communication and time management skills
