Hours: 10am - 2pm Mon-Fri
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts receivable management
- Invoicing and payment collection
- Preparing and sending statements
- Payroll support and backup
- General administrative support
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MYOB a requirement, moving to Acumatica in the coming months
- Previous experience in accounts receivable and payroll
- Solid communication and organisational skills
