What You’ll Be Doing

Everything in this role is hands‑on, face‑to‑face and territory‑driven:

- Driving sales of hardware, consumables & PPE through regular site visits and direct orders





- Meeting monthly sales targets and smashing growth KPIs

- Building strong relationships with builders, contractors & site managers across Sydney

- Giving practical product advice and customised solutions that make life easier on site

- Following up overdue payments and working with accounts (the fun admin bit)

- Processing orders via Shopify — pricing, GST, product codes, all the good stuff

- Keeping an eye on competitors and feeding intel back to management

Who This Role Suits

You’re not a desk‑dweller. You’re a territory owner who thrives on being out there, talking tools, solving problems and closing deals.

You’ll bring:

- B2B sales experience — ideally hardware, tools, construction or trade industries (A Must)

- Confidence to walk onto a site and instantly build trust

- Practical knowledge of tools, fixings & consumables

- A relationship‑driven approach with tradies and site managers

- Grit, humour and energy — tradies love dealing with real people

- A current driver’s licence (non‑negotiable) and a vehicle to get to work to pick up Van.
