Student Recruitment & Admissions Consultant - Spanish or Arabic Speaking

This is not purely an administrative position. You will be responsible for supporting prospective and existing international students while actively contributing to the growth of StudyLink Group's Spanish-speaking or Arabic-speaking student market.

You will work across student consultation, admissions, lead follow-up, conversion, student support and marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be someone who can build genuine relationships with students, understand their needs, communicate confidently in English and either Spanish or Arabic, and work towards measurable student recruitment and conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to prospective student enquiries in English and either Spanish or Arabic, depending on the market you support

- Conduct initial student consultations and needs assessments

- Understand students’ education goals, background and study preferences

- Provide information about suitable courses and education providers

- Guide prospective students through the enrolment journey

- Follow up enquiries consistently and professionally

- Convert qualified enquiries into applications and successful enrolments





- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students throughout the decision-making process

- Work towards agreed student recruitment and conversion KPIs

- Assist students with applications and supporting documentation

- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups and application progress

- Contribute to student recruitment and marketing activities targeting the relevant language community

- Support existing students when required and help maintain a positive student experience

- Work collaboratively with the admissions, marketing and management teams

About You

- Fluent in English and either Spanish or Arabic

- Confident communicating with prospective international students

- Friendly, skilled and relationship-focused

- Commercially minded and comfortable working towards measurable recruitment and conversion targets

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

- Persistent and professional with student follow-up

- Comfortable communicating with students via telephone, email, messaging platforms and social media

- Able to manage multiple students, enquiries and applications simultaneously

- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of results

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

- Able to build trust and rapport with students from different cultural backgrounds

- Previous experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions, sales or customer service will be highly regarded
