Job Description

HammondCare Horsley is seeking Casual Specialised Carers – Dementia Care to join our team. The role focuses on providing tailored personal support within the residential home and creating a home‐like workplace for residents.

Responsibilities include personal care (showering, grooming, toileting), delivering life-engagement activities, supporting residents with dementia, recognizing changes, and reporting them to on‐site nurses and managers.
