Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional client care and supporting patients throughout their journey towards improved health, mobility, and overall wellbeing. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess, treat, and help prevent physical conditions associated with injury, illness, disability, and ageing, supporting clients to achieve improved function, independence, and quality of life.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered Physiotherapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disabilities
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs, establish diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatment tailored to each patient’s individual goals and functional needs.
- Develop and monitor individualised rehabilitation programs, reviewing progress and modifying treatment plans as required.
- Support patients in achieving their functional, mobility, and return-to-work goals through education, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques.




- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, treatment notes, reports, and care plans in accordance with professional and organisational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with GPs, specialists, employers, insurers, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.
- Manage patients across private, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC funding pathways, ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance with relevant requirements.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with patients by providing a professional, compassionate, and patient-centred experience.
- Work collaboratively with other physiotherapists and allied health professionals within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
- Maintain a high standard of professional practice in line with AHPRA requirements and relevant clinical guidelines.

Skill & Experience

- Minimum of 1 year of professional physiotherapy experience, preferably within a private practice or clinical setting.
- Current AHPRA registration and eligibility to practise as a physiotherapist in Australia.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a wide-ranging caseload independently.
- A proactive, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
