Job Description

Juniper, WA's large not-for-profit aged care provider, seeks a trusted senior Director of People & Culture to shape and deliver the people strategy. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to steer employee and industrial relations, organisational development, performance, culture, engagement and risk across a complex organisation.

You will lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, provide transparent guidance on employment law, and champion a diverse, inclusive culture
