Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, process products for dispatch, assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Process orders, program devices and pack products for dispatch.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding SureSafe personal alarms.
- Enter customer details on a daily basis to our CRM.
- Provide product information, pricing, and guidance on selecting the best alarm for customers' needs.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and usage.




- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/shipping portals.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, email, and live chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
