Job Description

Chosen Family in Merrylands West, NSW is seeking a dedicated Male Disability Support Worker with a focus on behaviour support to join our team on a part time basis. The role involves supporting a 15-year-old boy with ASD, ADHD, and complex needs, delivering calm, structured, and person-centred care.

Responsibilities include facilitating community access, implementing BSP/PBS strategies, using visual supports, and promoting independence while ensuring safety.
