A rare prospect exists to join a major Australian organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this newly established role will lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-site operating environment.
This position offers the chance to shape the future of financial planning and analysis, influence executive decision-making, and drive a more insight-led, forward-looking approach to business performance.
Leading a high-performing FP&A; function, you will be responsible for:
Driving annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning processes.
Consolidating financial plans and performance outcomes across multiple business units.
Delivering strategic analysis, scenario modelling and actionable commercial insights.
Supporting major investment decisions, business cases and transformation initiatives.
Partnering with executive and operational leaders to improve financial performance and strategic execution.
Enhancing planning methodologies, governance frameworks and reporting capability across the organisation.
You are a commercially astute finance executive with the ability to combine technical excellence with strategic influence.
To be successful, you will bring:
Extensive experience leading FP&A; and performance management functions within large, complex organisations.
A proven track record partnering with executive leadership teams to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Experience supporting transformation programs, capital investment decisions and major strategic initiatives.
Strong leadership capability and experience developing high-performing teams.
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive outcomes.
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience within healthcare, infrastructure, services, regulated industries or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
