Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. The role is on-call for emergencies 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with work planned daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and longer-term.
We require a high school graduate or GED and experience in apartment maintenance; HVAC certification is preferred. You will maintain inventories, ensure safety, and coordinate with vendors to sustain high-quality work in office.
