Bring your passion for continuous improvement, maintenance and team leadership to life in our Reliability Managerposition at Mars Ballarat. In this role you will oversee a team of 13 reliability technicians, providing maintenance expertise and leadership, with a primary objective of optimising reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency and environmental impact.

With your leadership you will continue to build and manage a continuous improvement culture, with teamwork as the foundation to how we show up to support the wider factory in achieving mutual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Supervise the Reliability department providing continuous guidance, support and training.
n
- Respond efficiently to engineering and information requests from external departments, to generate solutions and work orders.
n
- Control labour, equipment and maintenance costs whilst ensuring the availability of adequate change parts and consumables.
n
- Develop, implement and execute the weekly maintenance plan
n
- Working in partnership with other departments to provide timely project outcomes, including:n n
- estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision,



commissioning and training.
n

- Development of a continuous improvement culture by involving relevant personnel in the ongoing identification, development and implementation of improvements.
n
- Review and approve Associate work requests and other ad hoc maintenance requirements.
n
- Ability to diagnose and evaluate equipment issues.
n

n

What are we looking for?

n

n
- Engineering degree preferred, but not essential.
n
- TPM experience preferred, but not essential.
n
- Mechanical/Electrical certification.
n
- Strong people management, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop your direct reports.
n
- Familiarity working with SAP PM.
n
- Continuous improvement and ability to navigate and confidently influence change across multiple departments and stakeholders.
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
n
