Job Description

HammondCare in Horsley, NSW, is seeking a dedicated Workplace Coach to join the People and Learning Team. This permanent part time role (22.8 hours across 3 days per week) focuses on coaching and mentoring residential care staff to improve outcomes for residents.

You will work with Residential and Learning teams, deliver learning activities in several formats, support staff through orientation and retention programs, and assist staff pursuing Certificate III in Individualised Support.
