Our client is a dedicated legal practice specialising in estate planning and related legal services. They are committed to providing clients with professional, compassionate and comprehensive legal advice to help them plan for the future and protect their family's interests. About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to support the practice's legal professionals in delivering high quality estate planning services, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice through the preparation and management of all legal drafting.

Reporting directly to the Legal Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting and preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship and Advance Health Directive documents
- Preparing Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration applications
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate, compliant records
- Coordinating with clients to gather information for estate planning matters
- Assisting with deceased estate property matters, including Survivorship, Transmission and Transfers
- Supporting general administrative duties across the practice

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Estate planning legal drafting experience using LEAP software
- A qualification in Paralegal Studies, Legal Practice or equivalent,



or relevant practical experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal or legal support role in estate planning
- Strong knowledge of wills, powers of attorney and related legal instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a qualified, ethical approach to confidentiality
