Women's Health GP – Griffin Medical Centre (Limited Opportunity) We're only speaking with one GP for this role. Griffin Medical Centre has 16,000+ patients and growing demand for comprehensive women's health services - but we're selective about who joins our practice. What makes this different: Most practices promise "supportive environment" and deliver chaos.

We're owner-operated (I respond to every inquiry personally), our practice manager has 38+ years running medical centres without drama, and our current GPs stay because systems actually work. Anticipated concerns (let's address them now): "Is the patient load sustainable?" 15-minute appointments. Two registered nurses.

No overbooking. You control your clinical pace. "Will

I have autonomy or micromanagement?" Full clinical autonomy. I stay out of consulting rooms.

You practice your way. "What if the team culture is toxic?" Small team.

No politics. Current GPs collaborate - they'll tell you themselves during your site visit. "Is Griffin actually growing or is that marketing speak?" 16,000 residents now.

What we're looking for: FRACGP or equivalent with current unrestricted AHPRA registration. Strong clinical foundation in women's health (reproductive health, antenatal/postnatal shared care, menopause management, contraception). Someone who wants full books, clinical respect, and a practice run by people who actually care about making your day work.

Not a fit if: You're exploring 6 practices simultaneously, need hand-holding on basic operations, or want a corporate environment with multiple layers of management.
