Aurizon is seeking a Civil Supervisor based at our Gladstone depot to lead and support a team of Track Workers and Road Patrollers, coordinating day-to-day maintenance, crew planning and resourcing while delivering secure, quality outcomes across the CQCN.
You will provide frontline leadership, coach a diverse workforce, manage performance and risks, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement in a heavy-rail, high-risk environment.
