The Role
The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to the installation and repair of racking systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Working alongside experienced tradespeople to support project execution.
- Utilizing drawing software applications for project planning and execution (desirable).
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Performing manual tasks including labouring, with a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a trade certificate or relevant experience as a Trades Assistant Preferred but not essential.
- Possess experience using drawing software applications or the willingness to learn.
- Be physically fit and willing to undertake manual labour.
- Be computer literate and capable of learning new software programs.
- Demonstrate honesty, reliability,
and a solid work ethic.
- Reside within the Central Coast Council area of NSW.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle due as there is no close public transport.
- Additional favourable considerations include experience in spray painting, welding, workshop environments, and possessing a Truck MR or Forklift license.
