Hold a current driver’s licence.

Hold a current Certificate of Registration or be enrolled in the course

Have prior experience in property management and tenancy legislation compliance.

We have offices in two locations - Toukley and Terrigal

What You’ll Do

Managing tenant communications and fostering positive relationships with landlords.

Addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinating ongoing maintenance in line with regulations.

Conducting outgoing property inspections to ensure compliance and quality.

Maintaining accurate records and correspondence to streamline operations.

We operate Monday to Friday only – no weekend work required.
