Your Mission

n

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all warehouse operations while also taking ownership of the Click & Collect experience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless service from order through to collection. You must hold a valid forklift license.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading all warehouse, receivals and despatch operations
n
- Managing the Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customer experience
n
- Driving stock accuracy and inventory control
n
- Maintaining replenishment and merchandising standards
n
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations team
n
- Managing rosters to meet operational and trading requirements
n
- Achieving KPIs across productivity, safety,



inventory accuracy and customer service
n
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency
n
- Working closely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to support overall store performance
n
- Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times
n
- Building a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement
n

- You have leadership experience in warehouse, retail operations or logistics

- You have experience managing Click & Collect or customer fulfilment operations
n
- You enjoy leading from the front and developing high-performing teams
n
- You're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- You have strong problem‐solving skills and enjoy improving operational processes
n
- You understand inventory management and warehouse best practices
n
- Experience in retail warehousing, logistics or distribution is highly regarded
