You'll be guided by experienced Care Partners, who will guide you in your role and provide all the information you need about your clients. Your responsibilities may include:

- Personal care assistance
n
- Cleaning, meal preparation and general household duties
n
- Driving to appointments and shopping trips
n
- Providing companionship and supporting social engagement
n

n

Our flexible schedule can fit around your family, study or other commitments. Unlike many similar roles, Resthaven also pays for travel time between client visits.

We are seeking Home Support Workers to assist our clients across the following areas:

n

n
- Southern Suburbs - Including Marion and Onkaparinga
n
- Northern Suburbs
n
- Western Suburbs - from Lockleys to Outer Harbor
n
- Adelaide CBD & Eastern/North Eastern Suburbs
n

n

Criteria

n

n
- A current Australian drivers licence (P1 or higher)
n
- A reliable, registered and insured vehicle
n
- Minimum availability of 15-20hrs per week, Monday to Friday between hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm
n
- A commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred support
n

n

Desirable

n

n
- Certificate 111 in Individual Support or a related qualification, or currently working towards one
n

n
