We're looking for hardworking, safety focused Civil Works Labourers/Operators who enjoy working outdoors, operating plant and equipment, and being part of a team that delivers quality civil construction and maintenance projects to the Maitland community.

The Opportunity:

As a Civil Works Labourer/Operator, you'll play an important role in the construction, maintenance and repair of roads, drainage, footpaths and other civil infrastructure.

In this hands-on role, you will:

- Perform general civil labouring duties across a range of projects.
- Operate civil plant and equipment, including rollers and other machinery.
- Drive and operate trucks and work vehicles as required.
- Assist with construction, maintenance and repair works.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in civil construction, maintenance or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of civil plant, equipment and construction materials.
- A solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A reliable work ethic and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks.
- Good problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work requirements.
- A current Class C Driver's Licence.

Benefits:

These are full-time, permanent roles, working a 38 hour week,



with a base salary range of $30.19 - $33.51 per hour based on demonstrated competencies + allowances + 12% super.
