As an experienced family lawyer, you will have the opportunity to engage in challenging and interesting work including complex property and parenting matters involving Court hearings, mediations and negotiating settlements. Key responsibilities

- Carriage of family law matters from inception to conclusion
- Acting for clients in a manner that reflects the standard set by Mullane Lindsay
- Building on our brand reputation, and your own, with the support of the firm
- Being a mentor and supporting the development of colleagues

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

- Experience in carriage of family law matters from inception to conclusion
- Experience in representing litigants before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia,



including Court appearances and instructing Counsel
- Precise legal drafting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality in all work
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interest in continuous professional development and upskilling
- Willingness to work in a collegiate team environment
- Mentoring by Family Law Accredited Specialists and senior family lawyers
- Multi-disciplinary law firm and collegiate workplace across the Firm
