You have the flexibility to be based out of any of the Sureway sites in the region.

What you'll be doing

You'll be out in the community across the Riverina Murrayregion, building relationships with local businesses, apprenticeship providersand industry stakeholders to bring new learners into our courses. You'llcoordinate the delivery of micro-credentials and short courses end-to-end —booking venues, organising Trainer Assessors, and making sure students show upready to learn.

Day to day, you'll guide learners through face-to-face andremote study groups, keeping them engaged and supported through their material.You'll also help connect learners with work experience opportunities throughthe networks you build, and manage the ASQA and compliance admin that keeps itall running properly.

This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable talkingto a local employer about apprenticeship pathways and sitting down with alearner who needs extra support to get through their coursework.

What you'll bring

- CertificateIV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110), or willingness toobtain one
- Atrack record of building relationships that turn into real enrolments. Youknow how to hit KPIs for enrolment and completion because you understandwhat drives them
- Strongorganisational skills and the flexibility to juggle a workload thatchanges week to week




- Theability to adapt your training style to different learners, includingpeople with disability
- Avalid driver's licence

This position requires the successful applicant to undertakea National Police Check and relevant state-based screens. Applicants also musthave the right to work in Australia and hold a valid driver’s licence withreliable transport.
