We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Area Manager to join our Queensland team. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, operational excellence and exceptional client service. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our services while building and maintaining strong partnerships with veterinary clinics and supporting pet owners with empathy and professionalism.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be the face of Pets in Peace across your designated region,



managing day-to-day service delivery and fostering trusted relationships with veterinary partners, clients and internal stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of care, service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with veterinary clinics and industry partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through compassionate and professional interactions.
- Manage client enquiries, concerns and service requests effectively and sensitively.
- Support families throughout the pet aftercare process with empathy and understanding.

Operations & Service Delivery

- Coordinate and complete pet collections and deliveries in accordance with service schedules.
- Ensure all operational activities are performed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Administration

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure pets are correctly identified and managed in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements, policies and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain company vehicles,



equipment and facilities to a high standard.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience in customer service, operations, logistics or relationship management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A compassionate and professional approach when supporting clients during emotional situations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working autonomously in a field-based environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the region.
- Physical capability to meet the operational requirements of the role.
- Open for Q fever vaccination and ability to lift upto 25 kilos
