About Us
We are seeking an experienced Caravan Technician with a strong electrical background and excellent fault-finding skills to join our well-established caravan dealership in Townsville.
Our dealership has a consistently high volume of caravan servicing, repairs, insurance work and body repairs, providing a varied and hands-on workload for the right person.
This role would suit a technician who is confident diagnosing electrical faults, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in completing quality repairs efficiently.
The Role
This role is suited to someone who already has experience in caravan or RV servicing and is confident working across a variety of repair and maintenance tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and repairing caravans, campers and motorhomes
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults
- Installing and upgrading accessories (solar, awnings, air-conditioning, batteries, etc.)
- Performing safety inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Delivering high-quality workmanship and supporting the workshop team
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in caravan, RV, automotive, or marine servicing/repairs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Solid mechanical and technical knowledge (electrical/plumbing experience highly regarded)
- Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence (HR/MR licence desirable)
