About the role:

As anInstructional Designer for a large tertiary eduction organisation, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge, flexible, and high-quality learning solutions. You will work collaboratively with the Product team and regional stakeholders to ensure VET course deliverables are clearly defined, aligned with quality standards, and meet the needs of learners and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Managers, Senior Advisors and Product team members to design and develop engaging, flexible, and compliant learning content and resources across multiple delivery modes (classroom, workplace, online).

Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to define, agree on, and deliver course outcomes that meet project objectives and quality benchmarks.

Apply contemporary instructional design principles to:

- Create learner-centred, inclusive, and flexible course content.
- Ensure alignment with educational and regulatory standards.
- Support diverse learner needs and delivery contexts.





Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing existing learning products.

Work cooperatively and cohesively within multi-disciplinary and cross-regional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Follow project management protocols to ensure timely and efficient delivery of learning products.

Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including educators, Product and PLC representatives, and internal teams.

Experience:

Instructional Design Expertise: Analyses and structures content using sound instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Project Delivery: Manages tasks and projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations while adapting to changing priorities.

Collaboration & Communication: Builds and maintains strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders, contributing positively to team culture and outcomes.

Initiative & Accountability: Demonstrates ownership of work, seeks feedback, and takes responsibility for delivering high-quality results.

Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment, showing flexibility and resilience in the face of change.
