What You'll Be Doing
Your week will be varied, with no two days looking exactly the same. - Mentor & Develop Others - Shape Clinical Practice
- Stay Clinically Connected
- Maintain an Adult/NDIS clinical caseload
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based OT services
- Support clients to achieve meaningful goals and improve their independence
- Continue developing your own clinical expertise and areas of interest
- Provide 1:1 clinical mentoring and support to Occupational Therapists
- Run group mentoring and clinical learning sessions
- Shadow clinicians and provide practical feedback
- Review case notes and support high-quality clinical documentation
- Help clinicians build their confidence, clinical reasoning and capability
- Play an important role in supporting our graduate program
- Work alongside our National Discipline Leads and CQD team
- Support clinical audits, quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
- Develop clinical resources, programs and new service offerings
- Lead case conferences, team meetings and clinical discussions
- Keep up to date with current research, NDIS changes and best-practice approaches
- Help introduce new ideas that improve outcomes for both clients and clinicians
You'll work hybrid between home and our beautiful and fun Carrum Downs clinic, with the opportunity to work from home when completing CQD tasks, mentoring and admin,
while still being connected to the clinic and wider team.
There may also be opportunities to travel to other clinics when additional clinical support is needed.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced OT who is confident clinically, passionate about developing others and ready to have a broader impact.
You'll Have
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- 5+ years' experience within the NDIS, with robust Adult/NDIS experience
- Previous leadership, mentoring or clinical supervision experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a car
- Strong clinical reasoning and a passion for evidence-based practice
- A genuine interest in supporting and developing other clinicians
