Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the Day Shift at a South Sydney FMCG manufacturing site. You will lead a on-floor team across Processing or Packing, coaching and solving problems in real time while upholding safety and product quality on a 24/7 roster.
Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you’ll mentor newer supervisors, balance priorities, and thrive in a unionised environment with a solid product culture and long-term career pathways within the group.
