Marsh is seeking a Faith & Education Team Lead, Claims Operations, to lead a team of claims professionals supporting faith-based schools, childcare and early learning sectors. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role is hybrid with at least three days in the office.
You will provide technical guidance on complex claims, manage client and insurer relationships, monitor performance and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality outcomes.
