Suncare Community Services is seeking an Assessor - Clinical Aged Care to perform comprehensive home assessments across the Brisbane South region. You will gather information using the Integrated Assessment Tool to tailor support plans that keep people living independently.

You will collaborate with families, carers and local providers to ensure protected, practical recommendations. A permanent, full-time position with travel and community engagement awaits the right candidate.
