About the Chance

Lead the ANZ commercial direction for an established MedTech portfolio, with accountability for revenue, profitability, market share and sustainable business growth.

You will lead the ANZ sales organisation, setting commercial priorities while coaching, developing and driving performance across the commercial team. With responsibility spanning direct and indirect sales channels, you will identify new customers, commercial opportunities, strategic partners and distribution pathways to expand market presence.

Commercial leadership extends across sales strategy, business planning, forecasting, pipeline management and budget control, using analytics and market intelligence to identify opportunities, risks and changing market dynamics.

As a member of the ANZ Leadership Team, you will collaborate closely internally and with regional leadership while building strategic relationships with customers, partners and distributors.

Skills and Experience

- MedTech or capital equipment sales leadership within ANZ




- Direct & indirect channel management expertise
- Proven sales team leadership & development
- Strong commercial, forecasting & financial capability
- Strategic customer & stakeholder relationship management
- Relevant Business, Marketing or Science degree
- Australian working rights required (no sponsorship on offer).
