We're on the hunt for a Member Success Manager to become the heartbeat of our member experience. This is a highly relationship-focused role, perfect for someone who loves talking to people, building genuine connections, and making sure every member receives an exceptional experience.

You’ll become the go-to person for our members - from the moment they join, right through their membership journey, to renewal (and everything in between). Working closely with our Director and General Manager, you'll manage onboarding, communications, appointments, CRM activity and reporting, while also providing valuable executive support to our Director in his day-to-day member interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day member experience, acting as the trusted go-to person for our member community

Manage all member enquiries and communications via phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp

Manage the complete membership lifecycle

Run new member onboarding, Kick Off Calls (including platform walkthroughs) and 6-month reviews

Maintain accurate CRM records, notes and follow-up actions in GHL

Manage calendars and appointments, including coordinating the Director's schedule for member meetings

Review member reports and AI-generated insights to proactively identify engagement opportunities and risks

Provide executive support to the Director & General Manager, keeping them informed and organised on all member matters

Support accounts and admin tasks, including email support and assisting with billing enquiries

Assist with sales enquiry calls and qualification for prospective members





Contribute to member communications, events, webinars and retention campaigns

Travel required in this role across Australia to our events being 14 events per year between March – November.

About You

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident phone manner

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up

Comfortable managing competing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

A genuine customer service and member-focused mindset

Proactive, accountable and solution-oriented approach to your work

Confident communicating across phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp

Experience with CRM systems, automations and calendar management is advantageous

Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly regarded but not essential

Solid keynote software presentation skills – highly regarded.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically excel highly regarded.
