We are looking for a qualified plumber with plumbing maintenance experience, reliable plumberto take on a Brisbane-based commercial maintenance role.
The position would suit someone with a background in maintenance plumbing who enjoys variety, problem solving and working across different commercial sites. You don't need to know everything — we're looking for someone reliable, capable and willing to have a go. Someone who can think for themselves, fault-find, deal professionally with clients and take ownership of their work.
The business is based on the northern Gold Coast; however, this position is specifically for a Brisbane-based plumber to service our growing portfolio of commercial sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas.
The Work
The majority of our work is commercial, including:
- Commercial plumbing maintenance
- Shopping centre maintenance
- Commercial property and facility maintenance
- Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding
- Blocked drains and drainage repairs
- Water jetting
- CCTV drain inspections
- Commercial roofing and gutter maintenance
- Leak investigations
- Commercial fit-outs and renovations
- Insurance repair works
- General commercial plumbing projects
- Specialised plumbing works
There is very minimal residential work.
Location & Travel
Most of your work will be throughout the Brisbane area, and ideally you'll be based in Brisbane or surrounding suburbs.
Our workshop is located on the northern Gold Coast, so there will occasionally be a requirement to travel to the Gold Coast for projects, meetings, materials or to assist the wider team. Travel time is paid.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for a plumber who is reliable, takes pride in their work and is comfortable working in a maintenance environment.
Ideally, you'll have some experience with:
- General plumbing maintenance and fault finding
- Blocked drains and drainage repairs
- Water jetting and CCTV drain inspections
- General roofing repairs and maintenance
- Leak investigations
- Commercial fit-outs and renovations
- Working in shopping centres or commercial properties
- Dealing professionally with clients, tenants and site management
You don't need to tick every box.

Requirements
- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
- Current driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Plumbing maintenance experience
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to occasionally travel outside Brisbane when required
Additional qualifications such as backflow prevention, TMV, working at heights, EWP or confined space are advantageous but not essential.
