Our client is a respected NDIS provider supporting adults with intellectual disabilities to build independence, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their community.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Support Worker to provide high-quality support to participants while guiding and mentoring a team of Disability Support Workers.

About the Role

- Support participants to achieve their goals using person-centred practices.
- Promote independence, social inclusion, and community participation.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Disability Support Workers.
- Assist with program planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies.
- Advocate for participants and contribute to positive outcomes.

About You

- Certificate IV (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, Health, or a related field (or working towards).
- Experience supporting people with disability in an NDIS environment.
- Knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.




- Experience with ShiftCare, Employment Hero, and Microsoft 365 (desirable).
- A genuine passion for inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred support.
