Energy Solution Centre is looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to control a conversation, build trust, handle objections and confidently close high-ticket deals. We're not looking for order takers — we're looking for driven salespeople who thrive on targets, understand CRM discipline and genuinely enjoy competing to perform at a high level.

As a Solar & Battery Sales Specialist, you'll be based at our Nerang Head Office, helping homeowners make smarter decisions about their energy future. This is a predominantly phone-based closing role, selling premium solar and battery solutions to customers across Australia.

You'll take ownership of qualified sales opportunities from initial consultation through to proposal, follow-up and deposit. Behind you is an experienced in-house operations, installation and service team responsible for delivering the solutions you sell.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities
- Conducting professional phone consultations
- Understanding customer energy usage, goals and requirements
- Designing tailored solar and battery solutions
- Presenting proposals and building value around premium solutions
- Handling objections and closing high-ticket sales
- Following a structured sales and follow-up process
- Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Working with Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced sales professionals with demonstrated results. You may come from solar, finance, automotive, property, telecommunications, insurance,



high-ticket retail or another performance-driven sales environment. Solar experience is highly regarded, but it isn't essential — we can teach solar. We're looking for people who already understand sales.

You'll ideally have:

- Proven success in high-ticket phone or consultative sales
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within a CRM such as Pipedrive, Monday, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
- High levels of personal accountability
- The ability to take coaching, implement feedback and continuously improve

If you need to be constantly motivated by somebody else, this probably isn't the role for you. If you're driven by results and want to become one of the best performers in the room, we should talk.
