The Role

We are seeking experienced Shift Supervisors / Duty Managers to join our team at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Sandgate.

n

This hands-on leadership role will support daily operations, lead service teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume full table service environment. You'll help build an energetic team culture, maintain service standards, and play a key role in the successful launch of this exciting current venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
n
- Support daily front-of-house operations and shift coordination
n
- Coach, mentor,



and develop team members

- Maintain high service, presentation, and operational standards

- Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently

- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams

- Support training, compliance, cleanliness, and venue standards

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
n
- Experience in full table service environments
n
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills
n
- Full Australian working rights
n

Highly Desirable:

- Experience in themed or entertainment-focused venues
n
- First Aid or training qualifications
n
