Alpaca Health is seeking compassionate RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a plan developed by a BCBA and build strong, consistent relationships with clients.

We offer mentorship from a dedicated BCBA, flexible full-time or part time schedules, and a path toward BCBA certification with training reimbursement. Active certification is preferred; if not certified, we’ll help you pursue it.
