The Salvation Army in Mount Isa is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help participants feel protected, heard, and respected while supporting their recovery journey. You will respond to urgent needs, work with senior staff on risk management, and facilitate daily programs and information sessions.

You will build trusting relationships, support individual case plans, and connect participants with services and community supports.
