Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Casual Leisure & Lifestyle Officer for Campbell, ACT. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised leisure programs, including one-to-one and group activities, to enhance residents' independence and wellbeing.
You will design engaging activities, coordinate outings, document outcomes and contribute to quality improvement. Relevant qualifications or proven leisure/lifestyle experience in aged care are essential.
