There are plenty of Senior Civil Engineer positions available. Far fewer give you the opportunity to join a consultancy experiencing exceptional growth and potentially become part of its future leadership.
Over approximately the last decade, this multidisciplinary engineering consultancy has grown significantly, establishing multiple offices and becoming an increasingly recognised player within the Australian engineering market.
The business is continuing to expand and is looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer who wants to grow with it.
The work covers both Greenfield and Brownfield developments, with involvement across:
- Residential and urban development
- Land subdivisions
- Roads and earthworks
- Stormwater drainage and management
- WSUD and detention systems
- Water and sewer servicing
- Utility coordination
- Council and authority requirements
- Construction and site-related engineering issues
Ideally, you will have at least seven years' civil engineering experience with a good understanding of the local development market.
Strong 12D capability is important, with experience using MUSIC and DRAINS also highly regarded.
At Senior level, however, this isn't simply about design software.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, coordinate a small team, communicate confidently with clients, consultants, contractors and people on site, and ensure projects and deliverables remain on track.
There is considerable scope to progress further into leadership and management as the business continues to expand, with potential longer-term opportunities around equity or share participation.
