Ryowa II GPS Pty ltd (trading as Southern Cross Fertilisers) – Townsville QLD is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own day-to-day HR operations during a standalone transition. This 12-month fixed-term role is site-based, highly operational, and focused on execution and problem-solving to support the workforce.

You will lead ER case management, recruitment end-to-end, and partner leaders directly while the business builds its people systems.
