TheSt George Motor Boat Clubis located on the picturesque Kogarah Bay with majestic views over the beautiful Georges River and the latest State of the Art Marina in Sydney. The Club does over 600 functions per year, has 110poker machines, 310 berth Marina and strong bar, café, Restaurant sales,and has over 68,000 members.

The Club is Seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team to help with the running of our successful Marinas Edge Restaurant and will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager. Within the role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Restaurant.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Ensuring adequate staffing. This includes being available to organise emergency relief.
- Train/Instruct staff in all facets of their job when required or necessary in an effective and effective manner




- Be prepared to help out in any area of the Club as required.
- Deal with and report any patron misconduct to the General Restaurant manager and or Club Duty Manager
- Overseeing the work of all general Restaurant staff.

Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with strong Front of house managementskills, a keen attention to detail, time management skills and the ability workin a fast paced environment. A manager that is willing to be hands on and get involved in all aspects of food service procedures and set an example of the expected work ethic for all restaurant staff.
