This is an excellent chance to secure a long-term contract with a large and complex government department on the Sunshine Coast, commencing in September running through to 2029 (3 year contract)!

In this role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and coordination support to program and project teams
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting papers, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain project records, registers, and schedules
- Monitor action items and support program governance activities
- Assist with data management and reporting requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project outcomes

About You

- Previous experience in a Program Support Officer, Project Support Officer, or similar administration role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
