Zancott Knight is seeking an organised Facilities Management Administrator to support a Defence client portfolio in Brisbane. You will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, manage work orders, engage contractors, and ensure compliance and smooth operation of facilities services.
The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires strong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple sites in a Defence setting.
