Our Client Troocoo is exclusively partnered with a leading infrastructure services business to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist based in Yatala, Queensland.

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid work arrangement, offering 2 days of work-from-home flexibility once settled in.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Manage pre-award procurement activities including scope development, strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiation.
- Draft tenders and contracts including civil, mechanical, electrical and supply agreements.
- Ensure risk is appropriately managed across all contracts.
- Handle multiple contracts concurrently with values ranging from several hundred thousand to several million dollars.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support stakeholders through project fluctuations.

Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated contract execution experience within resources, infrastructure, construction or complex capital project environments.




- Robust capability in pre-award procurement processes, including tendering and commercial documentation.
- Solid understanding of construction and capital works contracts.
- Excellent influencing, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Applicants with tertiary education and further training in the procurement industry, such as MCIPS, will be held in high regard, but previous demonstrable experience is the priority.
